Returns and Exchanges

Your order placed through the web page www.arggido.com can be returned and refunded following all correspondent steps and within 15 days from the reception of the delivery.

The return form can be downloaded from our website.

The first exchange or return is free of charge except for the Balearic Islands, in this case the customer should take charge of the return and item can be sent through the customer’s most convenient transport company.

The returns free of charge have to be dealed with Seur transport company; returns will not be accepted at freight collect if they are sent with a company other than Seur.

In case of a second exchange or return within the same order, customer will have to take in charge the transport fees and return can be sent through the customer’s most convenient transport company.

The item should be returned in its original packaging, the parcel should be duly sealed and with the tag of the item unaltered and not manipulated. Any return without the security tag will not be accepted. Returns will not be accepted once the deadline has passed, or if items are not in the same condition as they were delivered. Items must be returned in perfect state, unused, and with their original labels and security tags.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the total amount of the returned items. This amount will be refunded using the same method used to make the payment, in a maximum period of 72 hours. It may appear in your bank statement 10 days after. This period depends on each bank.

Should you receive an item that has a quality flaw or was not part of your order, please contact us by e-mail at , or by phone to our customer’s service stating the problem, as well as your personal data, so that we can arrange the collection at the address you will provide us.

Should you wish to change a size or a garment, if the change is for a garment of a lower price the difference will be refunded. In case the new garment you wish to get is of a higher cost than the price of the returned garment you are kindly requested to return the garment and then process a new order.

The second exchange of size or return is not free of charge, customer will have to send the parcel to our premises

and as soon as parcel arrives we will refund the amount by using the same method used to make the payment

This service is not available in multi-brand stores.

– Please pack the item you wish to return in its original packaging, ensuring that all the items have their original labels and security tags.

– Fill in the returns form which can be downloaded at the web site. Should you wish to change the size, please clearly indicate it in the form. If the requested size is unavailable, we will refund the amount of this garment. If you wish to exchange the item for another style, you will have to return the item and make a new order.

– The refund will be made using the same method used for the purchase.

– Should you have any doubts with regards to carrying out returns, please contact the customer services who will help you with the returns process.

  1. Returns by post

– Please pack the item you wish to return in its original packaging, ensuring that all the items have their original labels and security tag.

– Fill in the returns form which can be downloaded at the web site. Should you wish to change the size, please clearly indicate it on the form. If the size requested is unavailable, we will refund this item. If you wish to exchange an item for another model or colour, you will have to return the item and make a new order.

– We do not accept any items sent freight collect or payment on delivery.

  1. Return or exchange free collection at home with SEUR

(except for the Balearic Islands)

Should you wish to change the size or make a return, you may do it through the web page or please contact us by e-mail at indicating the order number

Once the return is processed the courier (SEUR) will collect the order at the address and time indicated. Orders will be collected in working days.

In no case payment has to be made upon pick up

This service is available for returns in Peninsula and Portugal.
